Der Coravin Timeless Three+ ist ein innovatives Wein-Konservierungssystem, das es ermöglicht, Wein glasweise zu genießen, ohne den Korken zu entfernen. Dadurch bleibt der restliche Inhalt der Flasche über Wochen, Monate oder sogar Jahre hinweg frisch und unverändert. Das System arbeitet mit einer feinen, präzisionsgefertigten Nadel, die durch den Naturkorken eindringt, ohne ihn zu beschädigen. Anschließend wird die Flasche mit 100 % reinem Argon-Gas unter Druck gesetzt. Dieses Edelgas schützt den Wein zuverlässig vor Oxidation, indem es den entnommenen Wein ersetzt und gleichzeitig den Kontakt mit Sauerstoff verhindert. Zum Einschenken genügt ein kurzer Druck auf den Auslöser: Der Wein fließt kontrolliert ins Glas, während das System den Druck stabil hält. Nach dem Entfernen der Nadel verschließt sich der Korken selbstständig wieder, sodass die Flasche weiterhin sicher gelagert werden kann. Der Timeless Three+ eignet sich sowohl für gelegentliche Genießer als auch für ambitionierte Weinliebhaber, die ihre Sammlung flexibel verkosten möchten. Er ist kompatibel mit Naturkork sowie – mithilfe der mitgelieferten Schraubverschlüsse – auch mit Schraubverschlussflaschen. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind in der Regel zwei Argon-Kapseln, Schraubkappen für mehrere Flaschen sowie ein Aerator, der den Wein beim Ausschenken zusätzlich belüftet und seine Aromen unmittelbar entfaltet.
