Online dispute resolution platform

Under applicable law, we are required to inform consumers of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, which can be used to resolve disputes without having to go to court. The European Commission is responsible for setting up the platform. You can find the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Disclaimer:

Please note the important legal information regarding the content and availability of these web pages, copyright and external links.

Contents of this website

The contents of this website are created with the greatest possible care. However, the seller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content provided.

Copyright

All contents and structures of this website are protected by copyright and ancillary copyright. The publication in the World Wide Web or in other services of the Internet does not imply any declaration of consent for any other use by third parties. Any use not permitted by German copyright law requires the prior written consent of the seller.

Note on the problem of external links

The seller is responsible as a content provider according to § 7 Abs.1 Telemediengesetz for the "own content", which he provides for use, according to the general laws. A distinction must be made between this own content and cross-references ("links") to content provided by other providers. By means of the cross-reference, the seller in this respect provides "third-party content" for use, which is marked in this way:

"Links" are always "living" (dynamic) references. When the link was first established, the seller checked the external content to determine whether it might give rise to any civil or criminal liability. However, he does not constantly check the content to which he refers in his offer for changes that could give rise to a new responsibility. If he notices or is informed by others that a concrete offer to which he has provided a link triggers a civil or criminal responsibility, he will follow up on this information and, in case of doubt, remove the reference to the offer.
