You want to sell your wine inventory at the best possible price? Then sell your wines at the current market price! We take care of everything and you only pay a small fee.

• Full service: Free offer, collection, application and regular billing
• All inclusive: All services are included in the small fee (15-20%).
• Security: Your wines are fully insured and held in trust by us.

• You send a list (preferably in Excel) of your wines with the winery, exact name according to the label, vintage, contents and number of bottles to service@greatestwines.com.
• We determine the current market price of your wines and make you an offer to market the wines at these sales prices. If you agree, we will conclude a corresponding marketing and trust agreement.
• Transporting your wines to us: For small quantities, insured shipping via DHL/UPS (we can provide certified wine shipping boxes), for larger quantities via a freight forwarder or personal collection.
• We check the wines upon delivery or upon receipt. Sealed boxes must be opened both for inspection and to photograph the bottles and for safe shipping to the customer.
• We will create the product data and photos of your wines as quickly as possible and inform you as soon as your wines are for sale on greatestwines.com.
• You will receive regular notifications about your sales. Depending on the size of the inventory, billing is carried out quarterly or annually.

• By selling at the current market price, you will achieve significantly higher return than if you were to sell the entire inventory.
• Professional storage: We store your bottles under optimal conditions until they are sold. Of course, these are also insured in our warehouse.
• Professional marketing: Use our reach! Your wines will be listed on search engines such as Google Shopping or Wine-Searcher, where your wines will be presented directly to the appropriate target group.
• Once we have taken delivery of your wines, you don't have to worry about anything else. Greatestwines.com is 100% responsible for handling shipping and payment.
• All-inclusive: The brokerage fee includes all costs, from collection to marketing, insurance, shipping costs and billing.

If you keep your wines privately for more than a year and make a profit when you sell them, this is usually tax-free (no tax advice, please ask your tax advisor) Note: According to the Platform Tax Transparency Act (PStTG), operators of digital platforms have been obliged since 2023 to transmit transaction data of their users to the responsible tax authorities if they exceed an annual turnover of €2,000 or 30 transactions per year. The reports are sent in batches after each completed billing.

The fee for brokering your wines depends on the average sales price per bottle or container that we market for you.

• > 250€ 18 %
• > 500€ 16 %
• > 1.000€ 15 %
